1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to UsedCarDealersInToronto.com (the “Website,” “Directory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, submitting information to, or using this Website, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.

These Terms apply to visitors, automotive businesses, advertisers, dealership representatives, and other users.

2. NATURE OF OUR SERVICES

UsedCarDealersInToronto.com operates as an independent online business directory and advertising platform.

Our services may include displaying dealership information, publishing business profiles, providing links to third-party websites, and offering advertising opportunities.

We are not a motor vehicle dealership, vehicle seller, automobile broker, lender, insurer, inspection provider, or party to transactions between visitors and listed businesses.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not represent or act as an agent for listed dealerships.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORIZED USE

Users must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements where required.

Individuals submitting business information must be authorized to represent the relevant dealership or organization.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. DIRECTORY INFORMATION

Business profiles may contain dealership names, addresses, websites, contact details, service descriptions, and other relevant information.

Information may be supplied by businesses or obtained from sources lawfully available to us.

Although we aim to maintain useful and accurate directory information, we cannot guarantee that every listing is complete, current, or error-free.

5. BUSINESS LISTING SUBMISSIONS

Businesses requesting a listing agree to provide accurate, lawful, and non-misleading information.

Submission of a listing request does not guarantee acceptance or publication.

We reserve the right to review, edit for clarity, reject, suspend, or remove submissions for legitimate business, legal, technical, or editorial reasons.

We may request additional information to verify a business's identity or authorization.

6. DEALERSHIP REGISTRATION AND COMPLIANCE

Businesses listed or advertising on the Website are responsible for complying with applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.

Ontario motor vehicle dealers must maintain registration with the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) where required by law.

Each business is solely responsible for its licensing, regulatory compliance, advertisements, representations, and customer transactions.

A directory listing does not establish that we have independently verified a dealership's registration or regulatory standing.

7. ADVERTISING AND SPONSORED PLACEMENTS

We may offer paid directory listings, featured placements, sponsored profiles, and other advertising services.

Advertising availability, pricing, duration, placement, and deliverables may be established through separate written agreements or order confirmations.

Sponsored or paid placements may be identified as advertising where appropriate.

8. ADVERTISING PAYMENTS

Where paid services are offered, applicable fees and payment terms will be communicated before an advertising order is accepted.

Advertisers are responsible for paying agreed charges by the applicable due dates.

Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, advertising fees are not automatically refundable after the agreed service has been delivered.

9. NO GUARANTEE OF ADVERTISING RESULTS

We do not guarantee any minimum number of impressions, website visits, inquiries, dealership appointments, vehicle sales, or revenue.

We also do not guarantee specific positions in Google or other search engines.

Advertising results may depend on market conditions, competition, business information, consumer demand, and factors outside our control.

10. BUSINESS CONTENT AND SUBMISSION RIGHTS

Businesses retain ownership of their original trademarks, logos, photographs, and other materials.

By submitting content for publication, the submitting party grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Directory.

The submitting party confirms that it has the necessary rights and permissions to provide the materials.

This licence continues for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant services, subject to applicable law and any written agreement.

11. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users must not:

Submit false or misleading business information.
Impersonate another person or organization.
Publish unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
Attempt unauthorized access to Website systems.
Introduce malicious software or harmful code.
Use automated systems in ways that overload or disrupt the Website.
Collect personal information unlawfully.

We do not independently inspect, authenticate, appraise, or certify vehicles.

We are not responsible for errors or omissions in third-party vehicle information, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN USERS AND DEALERSHIPS

Any purchase, financing arrangement, trade-in, warranty, service agreement, or other transaction is entered into directly between the relevant parties.

We do not receive or hold vehicle purchase funds through the Directory unless a separately disclosed service is expressly established.

We are not responsible for negotiating, enforcing, or administering contracts between vehicle buyers and dealerships.
